Delivery
Orders are currently delivered within Faisalabad. Availability and expected delivery time are confirmed through WhatsApp before dispatch. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Cash on delivery
For cash-on-delivery orders, the delivery charge is paid in advance through Easypaisa. The remaining product amount is paid to the delivery rider.
Uniform and shoe exchange
Size exchange may be requested within three days of delivery. The item must be unused, clean and in its original condition. Return delivery charges may apply.
Wrong or damaged items
Please report a wrong or damaged item on WhatsApp on the delivery day, with clear pictures. We will arrange the appropriate replacement after verification.
Order cancellation
An order may be cancelled before the item has been purchased or dispatched. Specially arranged items may not be cancellable after confirmation.
